ELISA, Immunohistochemistry (IHC), Western Blotting (WB), Dot Blot (DB), Immunoelectron Microscopy (IEM)
    Specificity
Fab Anti-MOUSE IgG (H&L)Assay by immunoelectrophoresis resulted in a single precipitin arc against anti-Peroxidase and anti-Rabbit Serum.
Fab MOUSE IgG (H&L) recognizes the Fab portion of the mouse IgG molecule. Assay by immunoelectrophoresis resulted in a single precipitin arc against anti-Peroxidase and anti-Rabbit Serum.
    Characteristics
Fab Anti-Mouse IgG (H&L) antibody is ideal for investigators involved in serum component protein research.
    Purification
    Preadsorption: Solid phase absorption
    Immunogen
    Mouse IgG whole molecule
  • Application Notes
Fab Anti-MOUSE IgG (H&L) is suitable for immunoblotting (western or dot blot), ELISA, immunoperoxidase electron microscopy and immunohistochemistry as well as other peroxidase-antibody based enzymatic assays requiring extremely low background levels, absence of F(c) mediated binding, lot-to-lot consistency, high titer and specificity. Specific conditions for reactivity should be optimized by the end user.

    Handling Advice
Avoid repeated freezing and thawing. Dilute only prior to immediate use
Centrifuge product if not completely clear after standing at room temperature.
Do NOT add Sodium Azide! Use of Sodium Azide will inhibit enzyme activity of horseradish peroxidase.
