Cross-Reactivity (Details): Assay by immunoelectrophoresis resulted in a single precipitin arc against anti-Peroxidase, anti-Rabbit Serum, Chicken IgG and Chicken Serum.  No reaction was observed against anti-Pepsin or anti-Rabbit IgG F(c).

Characteristics: F(ab')2 Anti-Chicken IgG Antibody was generated by enzymatic cleavage and subsequent separation from the Fc fragment.
