ELISA, Immunohistochemistry (IHC), Western Blotting (WB), Immunoelectrophoresis (IEP), Immunomicroscopy (IM), Dot Blot (DB)
    Purification
    Immunoaffinity Chromatography.
    Immunogen
    Human lambda chain
  • Application Notes
Suitable for Immunoblotting (Western or Dot blot), ELISA, Immunoperoxidase ElectronMicroscopy and Immunohistochemistry as well as other peroxidase-antibody basedenzymatic assays requiring extremely low background levels, absence of F(c) mediatedbinding, lot-to-lot consistency, high titer and specificity. Recommended Dilutions: This product has been assayed against 1.0 g of Human IgG in astandard capture ELISA using ABTS (2,2'-azino-bis-[3-ethylbenthiazoline-6-sulfonic acid])as a substrate for 30 minutes at room temperature. A working dilution of 1/200 to 1/1,000of the reconstitution concentration is suggested for this product.
    Other applications not tested.
Optimal dilutions are dependent on conditions and should be determined by the user.
    Restrictions
    For Research Use only
  • Reconstitution
Restore with 1.0 mL of deionized water (or equivalent).
