Cross-Reactivity (Details): Assay by immunoelectrophoresis resulted in a single precipitin arc against anti-Peroxidase, anti-Goat Serum, Rat IgG, Rat IgG F(c) and Rat Serum.  No reaction was observed against Rat IgG F(ab).

Characteristics: Anti-Rat IgG whole molecule antibody generated in goat detects specifically Rat IgG whole molecule.

Purification: This product was prepared from monospecific antiserum by immunoaffinity chromatography using Rat IgG coupled to agarose.
