Cross-Reactivity (Details): Minimal crossreactivity against Hu, Gt, Ms Serum Proteins Assay by immunoelectrophoresis resulted in a single precipitin arc against anti-Mouse Serum, Rabbit IgG and Rabbit Serum.  No reaction was observed against Goat, Human and Mouse Serum Proteins.

Characteristics: Anti-Rabbit IgG Antibody Texas Red™ generated in guinea pig detects rabbit IgG.

Purification: This product was prepared from monospecific antiserum by immunoaffinity chromatography using Rabbit IgG coupled to agarose beads followed by solid phase adsorption(s) to remove any unwanted reactivities.
