Cross-Reactivity (Details): Assay by immunoelectrophoresis resulted in a single precipitin arc against anti-Alkaline Phosphatase (calf intestine), anti-Rabbit Serum, Mouse IgG, Mouse IgG F(c) and Mouse Serum.  No reaction was observed against Mouse IgG F(ab).

Characteristics: Anti-Mouse IgG Alkaline Phosphatase antibody generated in rabbit detects reactivity to Mouse IgG.

Purification: This product was prepared from monospecific antiserum by immunoaffinity chromatography using Mouse IgG coupled to agarose beads followed by solid phase adsorption(s) to remove any unwanted reactivities.
