    Reconstitution
We recommend that this vial be briefly centrifuged prior to opening to bring the contents to the bottom. Reconstitute in sterile distilled water or aqueous buffer containing 0.1% BSA to a concentration of 0.1-1.0 mg/mL. Stock solutions should be apportioned into working aliquots and stored at < -20°C. Further dilutions should be made in appropriate buffered solutions.

    Background
GMF-beta a brain-specific protein that belongs to the actin-binding proteins (ADF) structural family. GMF-beta appears to play a role in the differentiation, maintenance, and regeneration of the nervous system. It also supports the progression of certain auto-immune diseases, possibly through its ability to induce the production and secretion of various pro-inflammatory cytokines. Synonym:. Formulation: Lyophilized from a 0.2µm filtered concentrated solution in 20mM PB, pH 7.4, 130mM NaCl.
    Molecular Weight
Approximately 16.5 KDa, a single non-glycosylated polypeptide chain containing 141 amino acids.
