- 50 mM TRIS.HCl, pH 7.2, with 250 M NaCl, 0 Urea, 10 M µ-mercaptoethanol, and 0 M EDTA.
- Precaution of Use
- Donor samples were tested and found to be negative for HBsAg, Anti-HIV-1/HIV-2, & HCV. Nonetheless caution should be used when handling this material as there is a margin of error in all tests. This product contains sodium azide as preservative. Although the amount of sodium azide is very small appropriate care must be taken when handling this product.

Troponin T is a part of the troponin complex. It binds to tropomyosin, interlocking them to form a troponin-tropomyosin complex. Troponin T binds to tropomyosin and helps position it on actin. And in a less complicated light, Troponin T modulates contraction of striated muscle.
