For the production of the native antigens, strains C. pneumoniae TWAR strain TW-183, C. trachomatis Lymphogranuloma venereum (LGV II) strain 434 and C. abortus strain B-577 are cultivated in cell culture (Vero or BGM cells) and the elementary and reticular bodies are prepared by ultra-centrifugation.
