- For Research Use only
-
- Format
- Lyophilized
- Reconstitution
- Centrifuge tubes before opening. Reconstituting to a concentration more than 100 μg/mL is recommended (usually we use 1 mg/mL solution for lyophilization). Dissolve the lyophilized protein in 20 mM NaAc, 150 mM NaCl ( pH 5.5).
- Buffer
- Lyophilized from 0.22μm filtered solution in 20 mM NaAc, 150 mM NaCl ( pH 5.5). Normally 5 % trehalose is added as protectant before lyophilization.
- Storage
- 4 °C,-80 °C
- Storage Comment
- Reconstituted protein stable at -80°C for 12 months, 4°C for 1 week. Use a manual defrost freezer and avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.

- Background
- Interleukin-21, IL-21, Za11, CVID11,Interleukin-21 (IL-21), produced predominantly by CD4 T cells and natural killer T (NKT) cells, is a newly discovered member of the common γ-chain family of cytokines. It has been implicated in many immunological processes and has been linked to autoimmune diseases, allergies and other inflammatory diseases.
