    Biological Activity Comment
Immobilized Human IFNAR1, His Tag at 1μg/ml (100μl/Well) on the plate. Dose response curve for Anti-IFNAR1 Antibody, hFc Tag with the EC50 of 0.12μg/ml determined by ELISA. The affinity constant of 0.12 μM as determined in SPR assay (Biacore T200). See testing image for detail.
  • Restrictions
    For Research Use only
  • Format
    Lyophilized
    Reconstitution
Centrifuge tubes before opening. Reconstituting to a concentration more than 100 μg/mL is recommended (usually we use 1 mg/mL solution for lyophilization). Dissolve the lyophilized protein in distilled water.
    Buffer
Lyophilized from 0.22μm filtered solution in PBS ( pH 7.4). Normally 5 % trehalose is added as protectant before lyophilization.
    Storage
    4 °C,-80 °C
    Storage Comment
Reconstituted protein stable at -80°C for 12 months, 4°C for 1 week. Use a manual defrost freezer and avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
    Expiry Date
    12 months

IFN-alphaO Protein, IFN-ALPHA-1 Protein, IFN1@ Protein, Ifa Protein, Ifa8 Protein, interferon alpha 16 Protein, interferon, alpha 1 Protein, interferon alpha Protein, interferon-alpha Protein, IFNA16 Protein, IFNA1 Protein, Ifna Protein, IFNA Protein
    Background
AVP, IFN-alpha/beta R1, IFN-alpha-REC, IFNAR, IFNAR1, IFN-aR1, IFNBR, IFNbR1, IFN-R-1, CRF2-1, IFRC,IFN-alpha / beta R1, also known as IFNAR1, belongs to the class II cytokine receptor family of proteins. Class II cytokine receptors form heterodimeric receptor complexes that mediate class II cytokine signals. Subunits of the different receptor complexes are shared and serve multiple functions.Functions in general as heterodimer with IFNAR2. Type I interferon binding activates the JAK-STAT signaling cascade, and triggers tyrosine phosphorylation of a number of proteins including JAKs, TYK2, STAT proteins and the IFNR alpha- and beta-subunits themselves.
    Molecular Weight
50.2 kDa. Due to glycosylation, the protein migrates to 74-95 kDa based on Tris-Bis PAGE result.
    Pathways
JAK-STAT Signaling, TLR Signaling, Hepatitis C, Inflammasome
