- For Research Use only
-
- Format
- Lyophilized
- Reconstitution
- Centrifuge tubes before opening. Reconstituting to a concentration more than 100 μg/mL is recommended (usually we use 1 mg/mL solution for lyophilization). Dissolve the lyophilized protein in distilled water.
- Buffer
- Lyophilized from 0.22μm filtered solution in PBS ( pH 7.4). Normally 5 % trehalose is added as protectant before lyophilization.

- Background
- AVP, IFN-alpha/beta R1, IFN-alpha-REC, IFNAR, IFNAR1, IFN-aR1, IFNBR, IFNbR1, IFN-R-1, CRF2-1, IFRC,IFN-alpha / beta R1, also known as IFNAR1, belongs to the class II cytokine receptor family of proteins. Class II cytokine receptors form heterodimeric receptor complexes that mediate class II cytokine signals. Subunits of the different receptor complexes are shared and serve multiple functions.Functions in general as heterodimer with IFNAR2. Type I interferon binding activates the JAK-STAT signaling cascade, and triggers tyrosine phosphorylation of a number of proteins including JAKs, TYK2, STAT proteins and the IFNR alpha- and beta-subunits themselves.
- Molecular Weight
- 50.2 kDa. Due to glycosylation, the protein migrates to 74-95 kDa based on Tris-Bis PAGE result.
- Pathways
- JAK-STAT Signaling, TLR Signaling, Hepatitis C, Inflammasome
