HLA DRA*01:01-DRB1*15:01, P01903 / P01911
The HLA-DRB15 haplotype, containing HLA-DRB1*15:01 and HLA-DRB5*01:01, is associated with multiple sclerosis. Both alleles present complementary peptide repertoires to T cells. - Characteristics
- HLAs are produced in mammalian cell cultures as recombinant, truncated, soluble antigens, as zipper-stabilized heterodimers (HLA class II). As part of our quality control, all HLA are analyzed for purity by gel electrophoresis, concentration is determined by ELISA (0.5 mg/ml) and their functionality is verified with a specific antiserum.
