- Purpose
- In Vivo Grade Recombinant Rabbit IgG Fc Protein
- Characteristics
- The in vivo grade recombinant rabbit IgG Fc protein (rIgG Fc, Cys 105 - Lys 323 of the constant region of the IgG heavy chain, Accession # P01870-1) was produced in mammalian cells and purified by protein A. The rIgG Fc protein includes the CH2 (114-213) and CH3 (222-323) domains of the heavy chain constant region as well as the hinge region (105-113) before the CH2 domain.
