Application Note: Vimentin Protein is stored in 50 mM sodium phosphate, pH 7.0, 300 mM NaCl, 150 mM imidazole, 0.1 mM PMSF, 0.25 mM DTT, 25 % glycerol. Vimentin Protein is suitable for use in Western Blot. Expect a band approximately ~60 kDa on specific lysates or tissues. Specific conditions for reactivity should be optimized by the end user.
