- Characteristics
- GKLP, HT019, NKTL, NTKL, P105, TAPK, TEIF, TRAP, N-terminal kinase-like protein, Coated vesicle-associated kinase of 90 kDa, SCY1-like protein 1, Telomerase regulation-associated protein, Telomerase transcriptional element-interacting factor, Teratoma-associated tyrosine kinase
- Purification
- Recombinant human SCYL1 (1-556) was expressed by baculovirus in Sf9 insect cells using an N-Terminal Glutathione-S-Transferase fusion protein. The purity was determined to be >95% by densitometry.
