    Purification tag / Conjugate
This CDKL5 protein is labelled with GST tag.
    Application
    Western Blotting (WB)
    Cross-Reactivity
    Human
    Characteristics
    CDKL5, EIEE2, ISSX, Cyclin-dependent kinase-like 5, STK9
    Purification
Recombinant human STK9 (CDKL5) (1-498) was expressed by baculovirus in Sf9 insect cells using an N-Terminal Glutathione-S-Transferase fusion protein. The purity was determined to be >90% by densitometry.
