- Human
-
Source
- Escherichia coli (E. coli)
- Purification tag / Conjugate
- This BAG1 protein is labelled with GST tag.
- Application
- Western Blotting (WB)
- Cross-Reactivity
- Human
- Characteristics
- BAG family molecular chaperone regulator 1 (BAG-1) (Bcl-2-associated athanogene 1), HAP, RAP46
- Purification
- Recombinant human BAG1 (72-end) was expressed in E. coli cells using an N-Terminal Glutathione-S-Transferase fusion protein. The purity was determined to be >85% by densitometry.
