- Background
- SPIN1 belongs to the SPIN/STSY family. It is expressed in various tissues and cells, is localized to nucleus. This protein may play a role in cell-cycle regulation during the transition from gamete to embryo. Recombinant human SPIN1 protein, fused to His-tag at N-terminus, was expressed in E.coli and purified by using conventional chromatography techniques.
