- Background
- Reconstituted Human Plasma High Density Lipoproteins (rHDL) A complex of human Apolipoprotein A-I and 1-palmitoyl-2-oleoyl phosphatidylcholine prepared at a molar ratio of 1 to 100 by the cholate removal method. rHDL has been useful in studies of cholesterol transport, anti-inflammatory mechanisms, and HDL metabolism.
