- Characteristics
- Determined by its ability to stimulate the proliferation of mouse M-NFS-60 cells. The expected ED50 is less or equal to 0.1 µg/ml, corresponding to a specific activity of greater than or equal to 1 x 107 units/mg.
- Purity
- > 95 % as determined by SDS-PAGE analysis.
- Sterility
- 0.2 μm filtered
- Endotoxin Level
- Endotoxin: 1.EU/µg determined by LAL method.

Length: 174 AA
- Restrictions
- For Research Use only
-
- Format
- Lyophilized
- Reconstitution
- We recommended spin the vial shortly prior to opening to bring the contents to the bottom. Lyophilized hG-CSF should be reconstituted in deionized water to 0,1-1 µg/mL to regain full activity. These stock solutions should be apportioned into working aliquots and stored at -20 °C. Further dilutions should be made in low endotoxin medium or buffered solution with FBS or tissue culture grade BSA.
