- CRIPT, also known as cysteine-rich PDZ-binding protein, is involved in the cytoskeletal anchoring of DLG4 in excitatory synapses. Recombinant human CRIPT protein, fused to His-tag at N-terminus, was expressed in E.coli and purified by using conventional chromatography.
