- Background
- Interleukin-35 is a member of the IL-12 cytokine family and exists as a dimeric protein composed of IL-12 p35 and IL-27EIB chains. The heterodimer has been reported to be an anti-inflammatory cytokine supressing the immune response through the expansion of regulatory T cells and suppression of Th17 cell development.,IL-27 EB13 subunit beta, IL-27 subunit beta, IL27B, Epstein-Barr virus-induced gene 3 protein, EBV-induced gene 3 protein.
