SH2 Domain Protein 1B1 (SH2D1B1) Peptide

SH2D1B1 Reactivity: Mouse Host: Synthetic BI, BP
Catalog No. ABIN5684714
  • Target
    SH2D1B1/EAT2A (SH2D1B1) (SH2 Domain Protein 1B1 (SH2D1B1))
    Origin
    Mouse
    Source
    Synthetic
    Application
    BioImaging (BI), Blocking Peptide (BP)
    Characteristics
EAT2A peptide corresponds to 14 amino acids of EAT2A.
  • Application Notes
EAT2A Peptide is used for blocking the activity of EAT2A antibody . The EAT2A antibody ships at 0.5 mg/mL and the EAT2A Peptide ships as a 100 μg pellet. When peptide is reconstituted in 200 μLwater, the concentration will be 0.5 mg/mL, identical to that of the antibody. The best starting ratio would be 1:1 (which means molar excess of peptide relative to antibody when identical volumes are mixed). Mix equal volume of peptide and antibody at the required dilution and leave at ambient temperature for 20 minutes. Then incubate and develop in parallel two blots: one with the antibody and one with the antibody which has been pre-absorbed with the provided peptide.
    Restrictions
    For Research Use only
