Plasma
In Contrast to Serum, blood plasma is isolated by spinning a tube of fresh blood containing an anticoagulant (e.g. sodium citrate) in a centrifuge until the blood cells fall to the bottom of the tube. Possible usages are cell cultures or immuno assays. Choose between different hosts, anticoagulants and sterility.
