Our Money Back Guarantee
At antibodies-online, we stand behind the products we sell.
Our goal is to offer researchers the highest-quality, proven research reagents. We believe that scientists should not have to waste valuable laboratory resources on poor quality, under-performing products. This is why we offer a money-back guarantee on every product we sell. If you order a product from us and find that it doesn’t perform as described in the datasheet we will happily replace the product or issue a full refund for the purchase price. Please note that we can only extend our guarantee to applications and reactivities that are expressly listed as approved in the product datasheet and on the product details page.
Our reclamations process is designed to offer a solution to our customers in a fair, expeditious, and professional manner. In return, we simply request that:
- The product is used in a manner that is consistent with the details listed on the datasheet.
- The protocol followed is scientifically sound, clearly documented, and properly controlled.
- The product failure is reported to antibodies-online within 90 days of the receipt of the product.
- The customer is receptive to reasonable troubleshooting attempts by our support scientists.
We hope that you will be completely satisfied with your purchase, but in the event that you need technical support we are happy to help. You can contact us via email, or telephone (+49 (0)241 95-163-153 Europe // 877-302-8632 USA ).
