Polysaccharide Deacetylase contains CDA1 which is predicted xylanase/chitin deacetylase [Carbohydrate transport and metabolism] and domain of Polysacc_deac_1, Polysaccharide deacetylase. Polysaccharide Deacetylase functions in biosynthesis of surface polysaccharides and lipopolysaccharides. The function proposed based on presence of conserved amino acid motif, structural feature or limited homology, putative enzyme.
