- Application Notes
-
Immunohistochemistry: (Paraffin/Frozen): 1:50-1:100.
Staining Procedure: Prolonged fixation in buffered formalin can destroy the epitope. The antibody may be used at a dilution of 1:50 to 1:100 with Auto ProbeIII. The optimal conditions should be determined by the individual laboratory. Enzymatic predigestion is not recommended. - Comment

- Keratin 10/13
- Alternative Name
- Cytokeratin 10+13 (56.5 & 53kDa)
- Background
- This antibody reacts with Cytokeratin 10 and 13 (56.5 and 53 kD) polypeptide. On formalin-fixed,Paraffinembedded tissue sections, this antibody recognizes only one of the two cytokeratins: Cytokeratin 13, that is found in non-squamous stratified epithelia.
