Application Note: Anti-Arginase has been tested by ELISA and western blot. This product has been assayed against 1.0 μg of Arginase [Bovine Liver] in a standard ELISA using Peroxidase conjugated Affinity Purified anti-Rabbit IgG [H&L] (Goat) code #611-1302 and (ABTS (2,2'-azino-bis-[3-ethylbenthiozoline-6-sulfonic acid]) code # ABTS-100 as a substrate for 30 minutes at room temperature. A working dilution of 1:6,000 to 1:80,000 of the reconstitution concentration is suggested for this product.

- Target
- Liver Arginase (ARG1) (Arginase, Liver (ARG1))
- Alternative Name
- ARG1 (ARG1 Products)
- Background
- Background: Arginase has a Catalytic activity of L-arginine + H2O = L-ornithine + urea. Arginase is involved in step 1 of the subpathway that synthesizes L-ornithine and urea from L-arginine.
