- Background
- Probable histone-lysine N-methyltransferase ASH1L is an enzyme that in humans is encoded by the ASH1L gene. This gene encodes a member of the trithorax group of transcriptional activators. The protein contains four AT hooks, a SET domain, a PHD-finger motif, and a bromodomain. It is localized to many small speckles in the nucleus, and also to cell-cell tight junctions. Synonyms: Monoclonal ASH1L antibody, Anti-ASH1L antibody, Probable histone-lysine N-methyltransferase,ASH1 antibody, ASH1L1 antibody, huASH1 antibody, FLJ10504 antibody, KIAA1420 antibody.
