- Background
- PHF12 acts as a transcriptional repressor. It is involved in recruitment of functional SIN3A complexes to DNA. PHF12 represses transcription at least in part through the activity of an associated histone deacetylase (HDAC). IT may also repress transcription in a SIN3A-independent manner through recruitment of functional AES complexes to DNA. Synonyms: Polyclonal PHF12 antibody, Anti-PHF12 antibody, PHD finger protein 12 antibody, FLJ34122 antibody, KIAA1523 antibody, MGC131914 antibody, PF1 antibody.
