- Chickens were immunized with the DYKDDDDK peptide conjugated with KLH. After multiple immunizations in Freund's adjuvant, eggs were collected. Antibodies were immunoaffinity- purified using the peptide immobilized on a solid phase matrix and conjugated with horseradish peroxidase (HRP).
