- Chickens were immunized with the DYKDDDDK peptide conjugated to KLH. After several immunizations, eggs were collected and the Ig fraction prepared. Anti-DYKDDDDK antibodies were immunoaffinity purified using peptide coupled to a solid phase support. Specification: Antibody was analyzed using amino-terminal Met-DYKDDDDK-BAP, amino-terminal DYKDDDDK-BAP and carboxy-terminal DYKDDDDK-BAP fusion proteins and Invitrogen Positope R900-40.
