- When used as an immunoturbidimetric reagent the monoclonal antibodies mAb1 mAb2 and mAb3 are with a linear range of 2 mg/dl-900 mg/dl. When used as colloidal gold-labeled lateral immunochromatographic reagent the sensitivity can reach 1 ng/mL and the hook effect appears at 100 μg/mL.
