The rat monoclonal antibody TUGh4 recognizes an extracellular epitope of CD132 (the common gamma chain), a 65-70 kDa type I transmembrane glycoprotein broadly expressed by most leukocytes.
Purification
Purified antibody is conjugated with activated allophycocyanin (APC) under optimum conditions and unconjugated antibody and free fluorochrome are removed by size-exclusion chromatography.

Application Notes
Flow cytometry: The reagent is designed for analysis of human blood cells using 10 μL reagent / 100 μL of whole blood or 106 cells in a suspension. The content of a vial (1 ml) is sufficient for 100 tests.
Interleukin 2 receptor subunit gamma,CD132 / common gamma chain is an essential component of receptors for IL-2, IL-4, IL-7, IL-9, IL-15, and IL-21, and it is critical for development of the immune system. Its mutation causes X-linked severe combined immunodeficiency disease (XSCID). CD132 is expressed on lymphocytes, NK cells, monocytes, and granulocytes. Through its cytoplasmic part which containsfour tyrosines and an SH2 domain, CD132 transcuces signal to downstream JAK/STAT pathway.,common gamma chain, IL2RG, SCIDX, IMD4
