Purification
This product consists of immunoaffinity purified antibody covalently coupled to a highly purified preparation of horseradish peroxidase (RZ >3) Care is taken to ensure adequate conjugation while preserving maximum enzyme activity. Free enzyme is absent. Antibody concentration in this product is 1.0 mg/ml. Estimated molar HRP:IgG substitution is 2-3.

Application Notes
This product is suitable for EIA applications. Working strength must be determined by the user but a starting range of 1:200 - 1:1,000 is recommended for for enzyme immunoassays.
