- Application Notes
-
IHC: 1:500 - 1:2,000. Epitope retrieval with citrate buffer pH 6.0 is recommended for FFPE tissue sections.
IP: 5 - 10 μg/mg lysate
WB: Not recommended. A302-380A has not performed satisfactorily when used for WB of BORG4 in crude preparations (e.g. whole cell lysate). This antibody can be used for WB of enriched (e.g. immunoprecipitated) sources of BORG4.

- Background
- Background: BORG4 (binder of Rho GTPases 4) is part of a family of proteins that function as negative regulators of CDC42 Rho GTPase signaling. The Borg family of proteins are also known as CEPs (Cdc effector proteins) and have been shown to act downstream of Cdc42 to influence the assembly of actin filaments and changes in cell shape.
