- Background
- Background: Tudor domain-containing protein 3 (TDRD3) bears one tudor domain and an ubiquitin associated domain (UBA). Tudor domains interact with arginine-glycine-rich motifs in a methylarginine-dependent manner. TDRD3 has been shown to localize to cytoplasmic stress granules and may play a role in the regulation of mRNA translation.
