- Background
- Background: MAST2 (microtubule-associated serine/threonine-protein kinase 2) is also known as MAST205. MAST2 contains a well conserved protein kinase C/A kinase domain and a PDZ domain. It is highly expressed in spermatids and has been shown to play a role in cytokine responses in macrophages.
