Background
Background: The gene for ARHGEF16 [Rho guanine exchange factor (GEF)16] was isolated as a candidate gene for human neuroblastoma. It is a member of the Rho/Rac GEF family of proteins which catalyze the exchange of GDP for GTP on the GTPases, Rho and Rac, to activate downstream signaling pathways.
