- Specific to flagella of Listeria species. Reacts with Listeria monocytogenes serotypes 1/2a, 1/2b, 3b, 1/2c, 3a, 4a, 4b, 4c, 4d, 4e, Listeria innocua, Listera ivanovii, Listeria welshimeri and Listera seeligeri. Does not react with Staphylococcus aureus, Staphylococcus epidermidis, Pseudomonas aeruginosa, C. jejuni, Bacillus subtilis, Salmonellae mix, E. coli mix and Enterococcus faecium. Not reactive with a Salmonella mix of the following ""O"" antigen serogroups: B, C1, C2, D & E. Not reactive with an E. coli mix of the following ""O"" antigen strains: O7, O116, O125, O157, 055, O111 and O20.
