- Application Notes
- ELISA confirmed the specificity of 2A11 for the V-domain of RAGE, with a binding affinity (Kd) of 7.6 nM. ELISA was also used to confirm that the binding of 2A11 to RAGE is glycosylation independent. In SPR experiments the Kd of 2A11 binding to RAGE was determined as 0.38 nM. Flow cytometry and immunochemistry were used to visualise the binding of 2A11 to HEK-RAGE cells.
- Comment
-
This chimeric rabbit antibody was made using the variable domain sequences of the original Mouse IgG1 format, for improved compatibility with existing reagents, assays and techniques.
