Western Blotting (WB), Immunohistochemistry (IHC), Immunofluorescence (IF)
    Characteristics
Anti-Glucagon Receptor (extracellular) Antibody is directed against an epitope of the rat glucagon receptor. Anti-Glucagon Receptor (extracellular) Antibody (ABIN7043218, ABIN7044410 and ABIN7044411)) can be used in western blot and immunohistochemistry applications. The antibody recognizes an extracellular epitope and is thus ideal for detecting the receptor in living cells. It has been designed to recognize GCGR from rat, mouse and human samples.
    Purification
    Affinity purified on immobilized antigen.
    Immunogen

    Immunogen: Synthetic peptide

Immunogen Sequence: (C)KTRYSQKIGDDLS, corresponding to amino acid residues 200-212 of rat GCGR
