Anti-SARS-CoV-2 (COVID-19) NSP14 (ExoN) antibody was raised against a peptide corresponding to 14 amino acids near the center of SARS-CoV-2 (COVID-19) NSP14 (ExoN) protein. The immunogen is located between 30-80 amino acids of SARS-CoV-2 (COVID-19) NSP14 (ExoN).
Antibody validated: SARS-CoV-2 (COVID-19) NSP14 (ExoN) antibody can detect 2 ng of free peptide at 1 μ,g/mL in ELISA.

It acts as a proofreading exoribonuclease for RNA replication, thereby lowering The sensitivity of the virus to RNA mutagens(6,7,8).
