DAP-3 (Death Associated Protein 3) potentially binds ATP/GTP and may be a functional partner of the mitoribosomal protein S27. The DAP-3 gene encodes a 28S subunit protein that also participates in apoptotic pathways that are initiated by tumor necrosis factor-alpha, Fas ligand, and gamma interferon. DAP-3 antibody (mAb) (Clone 42C617) was raised in a Mouse host. It has been validated for use in Western blot, it has been shown to react with Human and Mouse samples.
