BRPF1 (bromodomain and PHD finger containing, 1) is a component of the MOZ/MORF complex which has a histone H3 acetyltransferase activity. The bromodomain recognizes acetylated histones and the PWWP domain has been reported to interact with trimethylated Lys36 of Histone H3 (H3K36me3). Positively regulates the transcription of RUNX1 and RUNX2. BRPF1 antibody (pAb) was raised in a Rabbit host. It has been validated for use in Western blot, it has been shown to react with Mouse samples.
