- Application Notes
- ELISA: Clone 5H10 can be used as capture antibody. In sandwich ELISA, anti-HP CagA clone 5H10 coated wells matches with HRP conjugated clone 5C6, clone 3C10 and clone 3C1 to detect the recombinant antigen. In addition, clone 5H10 selectively detected cell lysate of CagA containing HP strain when HRP conjugated clone 5C6 was used.
