  • Application Notes
    Approved: ELISA, Flo

Usage: Five x 10e5 cultured human U-937 cells were pre incubated with 20 μL of 150 μg/mL human IgG (to block non specific binding), after which they were incubated 45 minutes on ice with 80 μL of antibody LS-C134619 at a 1:50 dilution (10 ?g/mL). They were then washed three times, fixed and analyzed by FACS.Or the antibody can be used at 1.6 μL of concentrated stock per 5 x 10e5-cell test. The applications listed have been tested for the unconjugated form of this product. Other forms have not been tested.

    Not recommended for: IHC-P
