- Application Notes
-
Approved: ELISA, Flo, Func
Usage: Function: ANC28.1 stimulates expression of IL-2 from CD28+ cells. Divalent ANC28.1 can induce Antigen Independent T cell proliferation. In combination with anti-CD81 mAb, it can prime naive T cells to acquire effector function independent of TCR ligation. The applications listed have been tested for the unmodified form of this product. Other forms have not been tested.
