Usage: Suitable for use in Western Blot and Immunohistochemistry. Western Blot: 1:100 Detects distinct MW's of 52, 54, 56, 58, 59, 64, and 65-67kD with all Ip's lower then 6.0. These MW's are believed to correspond with keratin 8, 7, 6, 5, 4, 3 and 1 & 2. Immunohistochemistry: 1:150-1:200 for use on formalin-fixed paraffin embedded tissues. Incubate for 30 minutes at 37 °C. Can also be used with unfixed frozen sections. - Restrictions
