Immunohistochemistry: In paraffin embedded Human Testis shows nuclear staining preferentially in type A spermatogonia. Recommended concentration: 3-5 μg/mL.
Western Blot: Approx 18 kDa band observed in Mouse Testis lysates (calculated MW of 18.6 kDa according to Human NP_001271.1 and Mouse NP_031731.1). Recommended concentration: 0.01-0.03 μg/mL. Primary incubation was 1 hour.
Peptide ELISA: antibody detection limit dilution 1:32000.
